Ακολουθήστε μας στις οργανωμένες εκδρομές μας με στόχο την εξάσκηση Yoga σε πανέμορφα μέρη και όχι μόνο….

Τα σεμινάρια μας γίνονται σε όμορφα μέρη στην ελληνική φύση, σε επιλεγμένα ξενοδοχεία, μακριά  από την φασαρία, την ρύπανση και το στρες των πόλεων.

Οι εκδρομές μας είναι στ’ αλήθεια αποδράσεις ψυχικής και σωματικής ανάτασης. Τα μαθήματα γιόγκα είναι πραγματικά ανανεωτικά καθώς γίνονται με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε να συνδιάζονται αρμονικά  τεχνικές θεραπευτικές – ήπιες και ενεργειακές, με πιο ενεργητικές και τονωτικές πρακτικές, πάντα προσαρμοσμένες στο επίπεδο και τις ανάγκες των ασκούμενων.

O στόχος των σεμιναρίων – διακοπών μας είναι να πετύχουμε αυτό ακριβώς που χρειάζεστε.

Follow us on our organized excursions to practice Yoga in beautiful places and not only that……

Our retreats are located in  greek beautiful places close to the see, in selected hotels with stress-free environments, preferably far away from many walls and buildings.

We would like your yoga retreat experience to be inspirational and rejuvenating, not exhausting and we are looking for a program that keeps classes fresh, mixing mellow and restorative lessons with more energetic ones.

The goal for  us is to get what you need and not overcommit.

In our retreats doesn’t mean yoga is all you can do. You can explore the nature, as well, visit the archeological sights, swim and do water sports. We recommend using downtime to nap, read or take a walk. Our retreats also puts you in the position of meeting new people and, possibly, make amazing lifetime friends. You can also look our retreat as an opportunity to unplug as much as possible—especially to avoid checking work email.

We consider that your particular needs and desires are important, we take them into account and we create a retreat that will be especially made for you.

Our yoga retreats are a wonderful way to re-locate your inner light and discover your peaceful self.

We typically start and finish our day with an hour and a half yoga practice, including asanas (physical poses), pranayama (breathing exercises),  mudras (hand gestures), mantras (chanting), bandas (physical locks), nindra yoga (guided visualization and relaxation), meditation and sound therapy with singing bowls and raining stick.

The daily program depends on the group of people involved, the location and the weather. Yoga classes can be held at the hotel or in specifically    selected places in nature.
